Our Founder

Dr. Catherine M. Archie is an educator, researcher, and leadership consultant dedicated to empowering those who serve vulnerable youth. She founded Beyond The Vision in 2010 with a mission to help individuals and organizations transform intention into measurable impact.

With over a decade of experience in K–12 education, alternative programs, higher education leadership, and community engagement, Dr. Archie specializes in designing systems that support youth facing instability, trauma, or systemic barriers. Her coaching approach integrates evidence-based research, lived experience, and a deep commitment to equity and empowerment.

Dr. Archie is widely known for her ability to bring clarity to complex challenges, cultivate purposeful leadership, and help communities stay “in motion” toward sustainable change. Her work centers on the belief that when we engage, encourage, educate, and empower others, we transform more than outcomes—we transform lives.
